DESCRIPTION:…but keep your eye on the weather before planting.  Madison has a notorious reputation for late May frosts.  Many local old-time gardeners refuse to plant\, especially their tomatoes\, peppers\, morning glories\, etc. until Memorial Day weekend when the soil has warmed properly.  Novice gardeners  have a tendency to plant too early!
