Garden Sage (Salvia officinalis)

Downy, gray foliage; leaves used in sausage, stuffing, as a tea. Edible, blue flowers in summer. Height: 30”. Plant in average, well- drained soil in full sun to part-shade. Intolerant of soggy soils or soils that remain wet during the winter. Use for borders, containers, aromatic, culinary or medicinal herb, nectarous plant. Best planted as an annual.
