Return Policy

  • Merchandise on sale or clearance at 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or adjusted.
  • Not responsible for lost gift cards.
  • Puzzles are non-returnable.
  • Any unused item returned in original condition and accompanied with a receipt dated within 14 days from purchase will be refunded at the purchase price in the same method payment was made.  Hardgoods may be returned with a receipt within 14 days for a full refund credited in the same method of payment.  Returns of merchandise purchased using a check will be refunded with a check within 10 days. Cash purchases over $100 may be refunded by check within 10 days.
  • Service charges are not refundable.
  • No refunds or returns will be made after 30 days.  In the instance when a return is made without a receipt, a valid photo ID will be required, and the refund will be made in the form of a Klein’s gift card.
  • Annuals and live material can be returned within 7 days and must be in the same condition as when they left the store.  We are not responsible for weather or animal damage or lack of proper care.
  • Special orders are non-returnable.


  • All indoor tropicals, house plants and perennials are guaranteed for 7 days, returns must be accompanied by a receipt.  Klein’s is not responsible for plants that are lost due to weather-related conditions, or animal-related problems or lack of proper care.
  • Shrubs and Trees are guaranteed for the current season only (until September 1st) of the same year of purchase.  No over winter guarantee applies.  If the shrub fails to grow after being properly planted and watered, Klein’s will issue a gift card for the purchase price or will exchange the plant for another plant of equal value. To claim under warranty, the plant must be returned, accompanied by your receipt as proof of purchase. Replacements are not guaranteed.
  • Fresh cut flowers, and floral arrangements have a 24-hour guarantee.
